Coordinate all PeopleSoft data entry (including oversight of HR Assistant) to include position management, requisition management, applicant tracking, hires, transfers, terminations, training, pay rate changes and leave accrual adjustments
- Coordinate monthly audit and distribution of employee performance reviews, audit return of correct documentation, and direct or handle the daily data entry of performance review information. Develop query reports and mechanisms and assist in reminder and understanding of Quest Vista Reports to monitor and measure this process and support management to submit timely documentation
- Coordinate all report generation from PeopleSoft to include queries and process monitor reports. In response to requests from managers, supervisors, department heads, and senior leadership, develop and distribute standard and ad hoc reports
- Provide technical and training support for department staff for all software and serves as liaison to Corporate HRIS and St. Margaret IS departments for new information and for resolution of problems
- Analyze employee information and recommends appropriate action to VP and other Human Resource Staff.
- Attend and serve, as needed, on Corporate HRIS functions as directed by Human Resources VP
- Provide as a backup in absence of Human Resources Consultant in posting of positions
