- Drove HR excellence through the delivery of high-quality support for corporate and division initiatives (citizenship verification, E-Verify, job structure changes, cost containment initiatives, managed vacation, reductions in force, position planning, workforce analysis, SAP payroll audits, and succession planning).

- Led and coordinated the E-Verify project for the Corporate division and ensured compliance with federal requirements. The goal of verifying 330+ existing employees in the E-Verify system was attained within 8 weeks and ahead of schedule.
- Designated as the EEO Coordinator for several Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), overseeing the administration and implementation of the plans and ensuring compliance with Federal government requirements.
