Problem and Change Management Consultant
Developed and delivered solutions for the Data Center Migration and NexGen project that assess, plan, architect & design, and implement technology solutions for enterprise wide heterogeneous IT environments to meet business requirements per HIPPA regulations. These solutions centered IPC: Incident, Problem and Change Management along with Configuration Management; Service Level, Availability, Capacity and Service Continuity Management processes.
- Ensured global change management and governance/compliance (ITSM Council & IGB) to process policies, roles & responsibilities, and drove automation opportunities ensuring architectural alignment; Formulated IT governance through change management methodologies in accordance with the technology vision, IT strategies, standards, policies and procedures as a member of the ITSM process leadership team.
- Oversaw the portfolio of all 'infrastructure request for change, RFCs' owning overall responsibility for the process and procedural documentation, chairing the Change Advisory Board.
- Ensured all enterprise changes were recorded, evaluated, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, and implemented - documented and reviewed in a controlled manner.
- Approved time sheets for all resources matrixes to the IPC process in ePM, Microsoft Project Server.
