Complete and send all export customs documents for Kerry shipments to Canada, Mexico, and LATAM regions. Maintain regional excel templates to track process of my order progress.
- Assigned to handle and implement Kerry procedures on two separate new acquisition accounts.
- Maintain and update company databases as needed.
- Communicate with customer and warehouse contacts to gather information needed for export documents.
- Work as a member of the Kerry export team and help coworkers as needed.
- Provide export certificates as requested (Certificate of Free Sale, Health Certificates, Apostille, NAFTA's, and various other Free Trade Agreements).
- Personally assigned to complete Kerry's 2017 NAFTA campaign. Have provided every 2017 NAFTA document sent by Kerry for eligible customer accounts.
- Utilize Excel on a daily basis to complete export documents, as well as outlook to send documents.
