Senior Strategy Consultant
Applies specialized experience and knowledge supporting clients in process improvement and IT solution implementation projects, quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, identification and elimination of waste, and prevention of defects. Facilitates focus group activities chartered to create improvements that support strategic objectives. Serves as government client point of contact for information regarding Lean Six Sigma to include: certification requirements, change facilitation and management, course schedules, project status, and performance measurement.
- Leads or advises process improvement teams in identifying waste and increasing process efficiency
- Provides classroom instruction in Lean Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints
- Mentors Black Belt and Green Belt candidates in project execution and certification in Lean Six Sigma
