Provided strategic planning, scheduling, optimization, and analysis through mathematical modeling, simulation and software development in order to provide decision support to the Navy's Strategic Systems Programs. Integrated quickly with a team of technical, programmatic, and military analysts to analyze weapon system effectiveness and conduct force-level assessments. Provided analysis and technical support to trade-off and cost benefit analyses related to the program development of the replacement for the Ohio Class submarine. Used CPLEX and mixed integer programming to schedule operations and maintenance and determine acceptable force structure and force size. Developed math models and software tools in MATLAB and Python to find solutions to new and ongoing problems related to submarine operations.
