- Review sales, activity reports, performance data, and financial statements; evaluate business operations to determine the needed cost reduction and process improvement to ensure effectively meet company's goal achievement.
- Purchase various materials and parts; outsource, evaluate, and select vendors; negotiate the best term with vendor; ensure the purchased materials' quality; inventory control and RMA handling. Maintain interpersonal relationship with vendors.
- Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, training, counseling, and disciplining employees; reviewing and appraising job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieve customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommending it to strategic plans and reviews; implementing plans to productive and quality customer service standards.
