Customer Service/ups Supervisor
Ensure all calls and emails are answered within 24 hours and that customer service employees attend to all call during the business hours.
- Maximize the positive customer feedback.
- Ensure that customer service meets the highest expectations while minimizing costs associated with any shipping errors.
- Accurately checking orders before they are shipped, while managing and coordinating efficient and timely packaging.
- Minimize the oversize/dimensional weight charges with UPS shipments.
- Manage all UPS and USPS refunds for voided labels.
- Manage all returned merchandise and ensure that replacements and returns are handled in the most cost effect way and that any refunds are completed.
- Conduct UPS and USPS investigations with lost or damaged shipments and ensure that the investigations are completed.
- Correspond with Amazon to maintain and improve all inventory listings.
