Sales Support Specialist
Team member in the Dealer Relations department of one of the nation's leading auto finance companies. Dedicated point of contact providing ongoing assistance and support to assigned group of Dealer Relations Managers, Regional Manager, and automotive dealerships. Prepare daily sales volume and detail reports, review and adjust dealer reserves, and collect deficit reserves from past and present dealer networks. Review held deals and coordinate acquisition of items needed to fund in order to increase volumes and sales. Prepare analysis and reporting of national accounts key metrics for senior management. Assist dealers with questions about website and program policies; conduct call campaigns to inform dealers of specials and incentives.
