Sales Administrative Assistant
Hired during Honeywell Shuttle contract acquisition. Manage 200+ units, invoice and ship over ninety thousand dollars in certified tested, repaired or overhauled units for Honeywell Hitor, Honeywell International and other military, government and international contracts such as; Lufthansa, Derco, Hawaiian Airlines, GA Telesis, MTU, China Airlines, KLM, Oakenhurst, Team Turbines, SR Technics and so many others.
- Contract review and receive aviation units into repair shop departments. Collaborate thoroughly with sales managers, technical librarians, technicians, shop leads, purchasing and material control to submit time and material shop estimates to customers. Assess and coordinate expediting customer units with technicians, technician leads, final quality inspection and shipping.
- Methodically research and flow down pertinent quality service bulletins and manuals in accordance with customers purchase order requirements and part number manuals.
- Transform vendor repair estimates into customer’s estimates and monitor vendor repair units closely with repair management.
