- Led 120-day implementation of virtual desktops to scale availability to 1900 endpoints in a timely manner for CG's offshore strategic partners.
- Managed the growth of mobile devices within CG, which saw the increase of devices serviced from 1600 to 3000 units.
- Reset the corporate approach to an ITIL methodology resulting in adherence with industry standards for service transition resulting in greater efficiency of service and support.
