IT Business Analyst
Performed dual roles as business analyst and project manager for multiple IT projects within the scope of a program, and including individual based projects to deliver customer-facing IT solutions. Project business domains included R & D, Logistics and Site Operations under the umbrella of the global real estate and facilities business group responsible for managing activities such as space allocation, environmental work conditions and equipment asset management. Project budgets ranged from $270K to $3.4M with a scope spanning Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) COTS software enhancements, system integrations, new Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) solutions, Lotus Notes to MS SharePoint cloud replacements, and data migrations.
- Gathered, analyzed and created all types of requirements documents for over 8 technical solution projects.
- Estimated initial project costs and resource planning lending to sooner than later project funding approvals.
- Managed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, documentation, tester training including UAT completion sign-off; resulting in a 50% reduction in UAT test cycle time for an EAM system upgrade through use of risk-based testing approach, lending to on-time deployment across 44 global sites.
- Procured vendor for RFID Proof of Concept (POC) shaving vendor costs by 70% due to detailed POC Plan.
