Sales & Catering Administrative Assistant
Assisted Sales and Catering Managers, making follow up phone calls, creating files for accounts, creating banquet event orders for events, detailing events, making contact with client, diffusing any problems handling all phone and internet inquiries and making sure they went to the appropriate manager.
- Handle all Sales and Catering phone calls, inquiries, emails, and correspondence.
- Create banquet event orders with event details. Create Proposals/Contracts for potential clients.
- Type correspondence, memos, meeting minutes.
- Enter Reservations and accounts in Opera and Choice Systems.
- Create signage, readerboard and advertisement flyers for events in the Hotel. Update and Redesign Menus.
- In charge of all social media accounts.
- Run Event Packet Meetings every Wednesday.
