Interfaced with Product Management and Operations to launch order entry and billing services for EarthLink Voice. Led team to launch MyVoice portal that allowed customers to check voicemail, billing, address book, and other information/functions online for the first time.

- Doubled customer base to 70,000 and halved VOIP tech support calls within six months of joining group.
- Negotiated with two major vendors, Level3 and Covad in effort to develop efficient trouble ticket handling process, reducing expensive "truck rolls" 33%.
