Quality Assurance Analyst
Use and translate legal and procedural documents to develop testing specifications for the TBA system, Internet, Interactive Voice Response system, and Personalized Communication statements.
- Create, document, and execute test plans that include creating test cases, running system tests, creating defect issues, tracking resolutions, and documenting all final outcomes.
- Collaborate with members from the Technology team, third party vendors, and client contacts in order to come up with feasible solutions that fully represent client requirements and the scope of the project.
- Responsible for training and coaching the new QAA on my team.
- Taught various training classes for new associates on TBA functionality.
- Write SQL queries to meet specifications and provide the information in a report for management and the client.
