- Educated employers and brokers on maintaining primary and dependent enrollments and terminations via self-service portal or by EDI transfer from third party administrators
- Tracked client metrics and communicated to internal and external stakeholders the progress of implementations and usage
- Developed custom marketing collateral for employers to encourage enrollment and ongoing use of services
