I planned and executed logistics for a Catholic Leadership Development 3-year training program. Responsible for all aspects of training, accommodations, and support for Executives from six different Healthcare organizations.
- Registered individuals using MS-Access and maintained current attendance records.
- Sent pre-session material and entered post session data from evaluations.
- Arranged overnight accommodations and meal plans for Executives.
- Set-up all technical equipment and resolved any issues and/or problems.
- Oversaw and helped facilitate all training sessions
- Prepared certificates, published programs and planned graduation rituals.
- Assisted all participants with such needs as transportation, boarding passes, etc.
- Performed daily administrative activities to support execution of training program.
