HR support for staffing, budget, compensation, headcount, recognition, and other personnel issues. Manage Critical Issues within the organization; partner with HR for resolution
- Ensure all employees adhere to all corporate policies and guidelines (Code of Conduct, travel, expenses, training, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program as well as other national programs and policy); manage to operating budget and headcount targets for upper mgmt
- Supervised, led and motivated a staff of fifteen staff associates; assisted in workload balancing, career development, appraisals, training as well as other management issues.
- Provide analysis of POs, Training Reports, Consumption Reports, GRE and other org reports
- Analyze division results and fin'l reporting data, including: trending data for productivity, volume analysis, results table mgmt updates and verification, histograms and other reports.
- Provide directorate support in areas of HR: budget, headcount, and other personnel issues.
