Assistant Store Manager Job Description

Assistant store managers assist the store manager in all aspects of day-to-day store operations and employee supervision. People in this position report directly to the store manager and work during all shifts on weekdays and weekends. Retail stores of all kinds hire assistant store managers. Assistant store managers are rarely required to travel for this job and spend their working hours immediately inside and around the store property.
