Customer Service and Hiring Manager
Managed 30 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with weekly one on ones, and daily check in and out procedures. Presided over daily routes, reroutes, and delivery schedules. Follow up call to customers who were serviced and customers who were not serviced. Reported daily and weekly location's numbers and worked closely with Operations, Sales, and General Managers.
- Scheduled over 400 customers' shredding services in Maryland, Northern Virginia, and the Washington, DC regions.
- Trained employees on the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) procedures.
- Interviewed and effectively participated in the hiring and termination of employees.
- Performed monthly and annual Customer Service Representatives' performance reviews.
