Managed facility related projects. Included, but is not limited to, changes to department layouts, workspaces and cubicles; coordination and monitoring of significant tenant improvement projects and participation in site or department relocation projects. Managed and maintained relationships with all facility related service providers. With corporate facilities manager, arranged for bids and subsequent price and contract negotiations. Coordinated review of Facility related contracts with Facilities Manager in SMH. Reviews and preliminarily approves invoices and assured that services are being fulfilled according to contract. Where required, assured that facilities services that are referenced by the Solta Medical Bothell Quality Management System (janitorial and pest control, for instance) were logged and/or documented according to SOPs.
- Developed and monitored the annual Solta, Bothell facility budget. Assisted finance with the appropriate allocation of the facility budget based on square footage occupied by department. Coordinated review of Facility related invoices with Facilities Manager at headquarters.
- Developed and monitored the annual budget for the "employee welfare department" expenses.
- Acted as backup for IT.
- Assisted in the organization and planning for Bothell-site meetings and events
