- Facilitate data entry process of loans and the maintenance of all mortgage and real estate documentation.
- Monitor the checks and balances in the process of loans and mortgages to ensure transaction integrity.
- Maintain professional and courteous contacts with lenders, mortgage brokers, and clients.
- Assisted with employee training and document creation projects during a proprietary software upgrade.
