Front End Manager
Responsibilities included hiring and interviewing potential associates, providing corrective actions, including terminating associates, training new associates to fulfill job duties for the positions of cashier, customer service and cart attendant, scheduling breaks for all front end associates, providing guidance to associates who exhibited problems in adapting to store policies.
- Responsible for maintaining the front end of the store to the expectations set forth by Target, including, cleanliness, cashier to guest ratio, RedCard incentive games for cashiers, ensuring vendors carried out expected duties with deliveries, maintaining proper return procedures, and resolving customers' concerns.
- Responsible for opening and closing of all registers located in the store.
- Personally oversaw 47 employees.
