- Facilitated collaborative relationships by consulting and guiding key stakeholders, delivering subject matter expertise to intake staff, program staff, providers, consumers, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Completed professional reviews in accordance with established policies and timeframes and assisted with intakes of complaints, incidents, and requests of information to ensure timely triage and management of intakes.
