Site Coordinator / Manager
Direct, coordinate and manage all food vendor relationships and volunteers to ensure homebound clients receive meals on time. Supervise up to six staff members and 14 volunteers per day. Ensure compliance to all food handling and health regulations and organizational policies and procedures. Serve as liaison between organization and facility owner. Coordinate volunteer and staff schedules. Compete end-of-month reports, process bi-weekly staff payroll and track daily activities to ensure on-time delivery. Conduct volunteer orientations and train in policies and procedures.
