Assists the school administration team with the delivery of the instructional program and overall operation of the school including: marketing plans, student enrollment, parent/community relations, staff hiring, training, supervision and development, profit/loss management, & facility management.
- Supports Principal in providing and maintaining quality educational program and ensuring successful implementation of approved Nobel Learning Communities curriculum
- Works with the Principal to create an effective leadership team and builds effective relationships with other administrators, corporate and office staff, clients, prospective clients, and outside vendors
- Maintains accurate records and submits paperwork on a timely basis as well as assists with website maintenance
- Helps recruit qualified staff as well as trains teachers and other key staff members in NLCI policies and procedures
