Directed multiple global QA teams to ensure the highest quality standards and fulfillment of requirements across the corporation. Acted as QA lead and point of contact for major releases and point release. Recruited and trained five team members and assigned to Scrum teams. Conducted performance reviews; determined salary increases, bonuses, and promotions. Collaborated with Development and Product Management teams to define and execute release objectives. Set up projects in HP Quality Center for all phases of a release cycle; Smoke, Acceptance, Functional, Regression, and Production. Protected QA environments during change management initiatives, database changes, promotion and deployment, synchronization and builds.
- Worked closely with Monster Global QA to determine best practices across the organization.
- Led and achieved on time delivery of multiple MGS Career Centers; OhioMeansJobs, VA for Vets, Army Portal, US Tech Vets, New England Tech Vets, and Northern Virginia Technical Council.
- Spearheaded the rewrite of all MGS regression testcases. Team surpassed goal and reduced total regression test case count 12% to 17%.
- Mantained a global QA project tracking document which identified where projects statuses where failing at any time during the release phase.
