Supervised/managed fifteen employees in the shipping department to ensure customer's orders were shipped efficiently and in accurate manner via UPS/FedEx and LTL shipments, as the loss of product not shipped on time impacts the profitability for the company. Worked daily with Sales personnel; via-email or by phone on all special requests which required extensive priorities such as delivery dates, special lot numbers and specific carriers. Significantly reduced start-up problems internally, and eliminated a high percentage of customer issues which increased customer satisfaction and increased profitability.
