Patient Care Technicians assist Registered Nurses and Physicians in providing all aspects of direct and indirect patient care. A Patient Care Technician’s roles include assisting in examination and treatment of patients, measuring vital signs and monitoring health, collecting samples, recording information on patients’ charts, and preparing treatment rooms for examination.
