Represent property owners of residential homes, perform property evaluations and provide feedback for successfully selling or leasing home at market price in a timely manner. Promote and market sales and rental listings of properties through use of advertisements, social media, and participation in multiple listing services
- Interview potential buyers and renters to gain knowledge of kinds of properties they are seeking in order to generate lists of potential properties that are compatible with their needs and financial resources. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. Guide clients from beginning to end of the home buying process.
- Coordinate appointments and schedule showings of prospective homes. Present all offers to owners for consideration. Negotiate contracts on behalf of client, prepare and review documents such as purchase agreements, disclosures, closing statements, deeds and leases. Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure positive experiences for both parties.
- Generate listings for sales and rental properties through cold calls and referrals. Create and implement marketing plans, researched and utilized over 15 websites to advertise rental listings which generated increased tenant leads thru phone and email inquiries, consistently follow-up and track leads for reporting and feedback purposes for both marketing and property status updates
- Responsible for the encouragement of repeat business and referrals by designing and implementing use of thank you letters, brochures, Constant Contact marketing emails and newsletters while maintaining databases for both mortgage and real estate clients. Addressed a high number of phone and email inquiries and completed weekly scheduled follow-up calls and emails to clients.
