Provide education, support and product knowledge training to store staff including DSA's. Training consists of education of fabrics, divisions, and merchandising standards for Saks and Neiman Marcus in the southeast and Midwest regions. Review weekly/monthly sales with DSA's, manage incentive programs to increase stores productivity.
- Provided leadership and support for 5 DSA's and 3 client Ambassadors.
- Manage in-store events including trunk shows, selling focus days and client Ambassador off-site events. Trunk shows have exceeded goals consistently with 100% increases over LY.
- Work closely with sales team and buyers to provide updates on product and in-store issues. Attend market appointments and consult on seasonal store buys with [company name] and store buying teams (Neiman Marcus, Saks and Nordstrom)
- Responsible for 20 doors with yearly average sales of $6 million - three doors at $1+ million.
