Assigned daily tasks for 35 technicians for completion of preventative and corrective maintenance to keep all mechanical machinery in systems including steam, water, lubricating oil, air, hydraulic, sanitary and refrigeration all in excellent working condition.
- Trained over 450 technicians, project officers and program managers on operational and casualty operations for a nuclear power plant to maintain the power plant 100 percent operational.
- Organized training and qualifications of 800 quality assurance craftsman, 50 quality assurance inspectors and 5 Quality Assurance Supervisors ensuring first time repair success.
- Performed complex repairs on various mechanical auxiliary equipment such as propulsion and auxiliary boilers, steam catapults, steam heating systems. Components repaired were all types of valves, pumps, heat exchangers, compressors, filter & strainers and other types of fluid system equipment.
- Hand selected as Propulsion Plant Watch Supervisor for several highly successful Naval Nuclear Plant inspections based on excellent plant operating knowledge and superior leadership and casualty control abilities.
