Project Manager and National Tour Manager
Managing promotional events and handling all appropriate logistic including contract negotiations with venues & sponsors, planning upcoming events (travel, hotel accommodations, meals, etc), orchestrating staff (promotional models, event staff, security, catering, etc), payroll management, etc.
- Concept development of company website and all related company literature (flyers, cards, posters, banners, etc.)
- Recruiting new members and subscribers (as well as maintaining and updating company database).
- Board Member of the Best of Eden Annual Giving committee. Creating an environment that fosters synergistic cooperation between the community in which we operate, local businesses (as well as cooperate partners), and BOE employees.
- Reaching out to non-profit organizations to meet and exceed their fundraising goals.
- Organize events for community in addition to current and prospective clientele and (as well as seasonal company events for employees and their families).
