- Examined and processed a variety of documents i.e., charge slips, credit card billings, trip tickets, dispatch records, invoices, etc.
- Prepared reports such as cost and performance, vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and quarterly annual review report.
- Typed a variety of narratives, correspondence, reports, letters, memos, technical papers, excel spreadsheets, charts, statistical tables, and other documents.
- Prepared and maintained Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), leave forms, overtime records, personnel actions, and training records for the all TMP employees.
