Inside Sales Account Executive
Responsible for developing customer relationships and expanding those relationships by providing excellent customer service while building portfolio and earning potential. Acquires new business through prospecting and making an average of 60-90 outbound calls on a daily basis, while managing existing accounts. Serves as client liaison, while negotiating transportation schedule and rates with carriers and performs outbound calls to carriers to coordinate freight, communicating all details to client from pickup to final delivery. Acts as primary freight broker for many freight forwarding companies, in addition to direct business. Demonstrates strong negotiation & problem solving skills, as evidenced by loyal client relationships and partner referrals.
