Accurately represents various product lines to customers and assists in the areas of product application and pricing in the oil production and refining sectors. Assists Outside Sales Representative with quoting prices accurately and other bid specifications. Builds positive relationships with key decision makers and match customers with the right solutions for their needs. Prepares accurate written proposals for customers, processes orders, and provide technical advice of the products to the customers. Diligently follows up with all leads to drive new business.
- Quickly and accurately identifies problems, develops solutions for the customer based on their needs specializing in high quality process instrumentation, and process control.
- Keep detailed account records and responds to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prioritized daily workflows including all inbound calls, quotes, and orders.
- Set up new customer and vendor accounts, established customer credit and set-up payment methods.
