Lead for 20 member technology team, including: system design, application development, database management, network administration, data and voice communications, service desk management, project management, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Designed and delivered integrated ERP system that enabled rapid growth (150%) with limited additional personnel. System increased client satisfaction, enabled loans to be processed quicker, increased data accuracy, enabled staff to work smarter with less effort, and increased knowledge management.
- Implement CRM, Document Management, and data warehouse platforms; enabling better service to customers and revolutionized management monitoring and reporting that focused sales activities.
- Implemented corporate governance model that enhanced communication among stakeholders and ensured tight alignment between business strategies and technology initiatives.
- Designed project management methodology that identified project value, enabled rapid delivery and flexibility, and minimized overhead allowing project team to focus on delivering the solution in a high quality way.
- Led corporate process improvement initiative that resulted in new products being released, annual revenue increase of 3.5%, 5% cost reduction, and 8.5% reduction in staff hours; in an already highly efficient operating environment.
- Participated in the design and building of 18 facilities ranging from 10k to 33k square feet, all delivered on time and under budget. Designed and built three data centers.
- Led efforts to design and implement technology disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Responsible for the maintenance, training, and activity surrounding both plans.
- Deployed mobility plan, enabling sales team to better serve clients with the full technology suite.
