System Administrator/financial Allocation Analyst
A member of the allocation department responsible for overseeing the MID system, including testing updates and fixes, and maintenance of allocation store attributes and characteristics. Responsible for updating and maintaining weekly carton forecast reports by DC, used to determine weekly flow by DC and payroll hours. Oversee maintenance of allocation store attributes and characteristics.
- Assisted in initial implementation of MID allocation system. Including system defaults, best practices, and system beta testing.
- Used real estate data and field management information to set up and establish key store demographics for more effective allocation of goods.
- Provided hind sighting on weekly allocations by DC, and department, in units, cartons, and dollars, including average store information.
- Created and maintained Lost Sales template used to identify stores with lost sales and rerank them for next season, as well as provide planning with DC splits and sales volume group breakdowns
