- Development/revision of commercial/retail real estate and telecommunications agreements including Leases, Amendments and various forms of letter agreements/contracts using Sprint Network softwar
- Identify any potential legal and insurance issues posed by contractual agreements and work with multiple departments to cure any risk; set and monitor project milestones
- Handle complex property issues in the telecommunications network configuration and understand/implement new technologies for incorporation into contractual documents
- Serve as point of contact for all landlord/tenant/vendor management issues arising during or after the negotiation process and assist is retail real estate transactional management of 1100 stores across the country
