Director of Product Development and Meetings
Accountable for the growth and development of the Product Development Team of 3 Program Managers, as well as charged with leadership to ensure that client event proposals and budgets hit the mark for creativity, content, clarity and ultimate execution.
- Lead Program Managers in conjunction with the sales team in the development of creative event/program concepts, proposals, strategies and the execution of these deliverables. Work with direct reports to establish goals and set expectations, monitor their progress against the plans, and take action to manage risks to ensure individual and company success.
- Establish the conceptual and stylistic direction for proposal delivery overall, as well as supervise and orchestrate the work of other members on the product development team.
- Collaborates closely with the Executive Leadership Team to determine event and program objectives and deliverables, and ensure all aspects of event/program successfully achieve client expectations.
- Responsible for vendor management; not only properly vetting vendors but ensuring that they maintain company's quality standards.
