Lead sales team in developing their skills to increase revenue
- Focus on budgeting, forecasting, and product development
- Develop strategies to increase revenue in our core newspaper, TMC product, and digital products and overcome losses.
- Continually develop new revenue streams
- Continually work three to four months ahead to keep the sales team abreast of what is upcoming.
- Create monthly promotion calendars, sell sheets and other graphic pieces
- Develop weekly training sessions for the sales team which we discuss coming deadlines, ideas, goals, team shortfalls and successes. This training is used to praise the team as well as discuss where we need improvement.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to discuss and identify gaps in sales skills and goals. Together we formulate a plan for individual success.
- Work hand-in-hand with each individual of my sales team.
