Store Construction and Maintenance Administrator
Responsible for all new store construction, remodels, renovations, relocations and store maintenance for all sites in North America.
- Over the last 14 months oversaw the development and design of a new full line and outlet store concept.
- Opened 5 new full line units and 3 outlet locations.
- Coordinated the construction/opening of 19 temporary store locations this past holiday season.
- Work with the real estate committee to determine upcoming project costs and budgets to ensure profitability.
- Coordination of 9 store closings over the last 12 months.
- Control all project/maintenance expense to come in below budget, negotiating with and sourcing new vendors.
- Execute all store repairs to maintain a high-end environment and customer experience.
- Review and process for payment all project and maintenance invoices.
