Acted as Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) collections management officer for routine special access programs and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises as part of a Joint Special Operations Task Force. Formulated and developed ISR plans and provide supportive guidance, assisting in the oversight of collection and production management functions, projects, and operations for command. Served in the Intelligence Crises action Center during exercises and operations as the production manager responsible for processing, validating, maintaining, forwarding, articulating, reconciling and disseminating production requirements Established and maintained regular direct contact as/with liaison to coordinate with senior officials at various national, theater, service specific, tactical and other organizations/units, to ensure collections and productions are processed and satisfied in a timely manner. Maintained and provided daily interface between Command and the national security agencies (National Reconnaissance Office, National Security Agency, and Defense Intelligence Agency) for coordination of intelligence support. Formulated and developed collection concepts and plans for validation by the combatant commands and monitor their execution. Developed and implemented innovative approaches to collection management and facilitate briefings/trainings to provide lessons learned and recommended improvements to benefit collection coverage
