Give Presentations Campus Recruiters often compete with one another to attract the most promising students. A large part of a Campus Recruiter's job, then, is to sell students on the benefits and rewards offered by the organization they represent. To that end, Campus Recruiters often give presentations to individuals and groups.

Interview Candidates Campus Recruiters spend a good chunk of their time interviewing candidates. In some cases, students will go through the whole pre-employment process, from interview to job offer, before they graduate.
