Managed all day-to-day details of video production; facilitated all administrative duties such as answering phones, faxing, ordering office supplies, managed and maintained VP's calendar, handling and filing production budgets, production books, call sheets, obtaining video insurance and audio packages, confidential and internal documents, arranging departmental conference/video calls and offsite meeting agendas.
- Processed expense reports for the VP and Sr. Director of video production using Concur system.
- Worked closely with Video Manager with contracting, processing payments to production companies and vendors, processing credit card authorizations, monitoring production estimates to final bill to ensure productions were within budget, and coordinate closing jobs in a timely manner.
- Arranged domestic and international travel itineraries for artists, artist management, VP and Sr. Director of video production.
- Hired, trained and supervised over 30 staff interns; constructed instructional day-to-day handbooks detailing daily task, duties, and activities for the VP & Sr. Director of video production.
