Subject matter expert to the organization in all aspects of the NSG Exploitation Services (NES). Accountable for the creation of all new user accounts for the organization and the creation and modification of user workflow functions. Submit and coordinate, on behalf of the organization, all software discrepancy reports and prioritize their resolution with the vendor and program management. Train users on features and enhancements and troubleshoot and resolve user problems desk-side when possible. Conduct Oracle database research in support of leadership analytics. Coordinate disruptions and downtimes with higher tier support to expedite resolution and ensure availability of system resources. Interface near daily with program administrators and stakeholders via meetings, email, and telephone to communicate organization concerns and requirements.
