Give out applications for new student enrollment, informational flyers, assist child study team, the school nurse and the assistant principal with student information. File student paperwork, and disciplinary reports/interim reports.
- In change of 500 + student files, prepare all students file folders by keeping them in a secure room.
- Answer phones, greet guest, sign guest in/out, communicate with school security staff.
- Registration collect and verify all student information and paper work to complete the registration process.
- Perform numerous duties: New Student Enrollment/Registration, State Reporting data entry, Transfer students out of school, Computer maintenance
- Assist the assistant principal, the school nurse, child study team and the business office with student information and filing. Work side by side with the technology department regarding student information and reports.
