Digital Content Manager
Wrote and managed all content for fredericks.com, the web presence of this iconic American lingerie company. Supervised the writing and editing of all home pages, landing pages, item descriptions, banners and weekly e-mails. Wrote and managed copy for all other areas of FoH advertising, including direct mail pieces and retail signs, as well as special events, promotions, and corporate communications. Ensured that all written material represented and reinforced the Frederick's brand.
- Collaborated with the Creative Director and art directors on the initial concepts and themes for all marketing vehicles. Approved all headlines. Partnered with merchandisers and the production staff to ensure accuracy of information.
- Created and managed the content for the editorial brandzine that replaced our traditional catalog format. Designed to appeal to a fashion lifestyle, the brandzine featured not only merchandise in magazine layouts, but articles on trend, Hollywood life and Frederick's history.
- Managed all areas of social media, including Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest and Instagram. Increased our Facebook fan base from 35K to 531K fans. Increased our Twitter base from 300 to 23K followers. Developed Pinterest (25.3K) and Instagram (16.2K) from inception.
- Managed the full-time Copywriter and numerous freelance copywriters.
