Regional Banking Manager
Provide leadership and develop successful sales strategies for regional branches in seven states to enable sales of retail banking products. Train and mentor 100+ new and veteran sales professionals both one-on-one and in large, national employee training sessions. Communicate effectively with 15 branch managers and provide training on company marketing initiatives, goal setting, and revenue improvement. Develop effective pipelines and manage reporting and compliance tasks. Serve as primary contact/Relationship Manager for external business partners, advisors, and high net worth clients. Promote various banking/lending solutions (including product support and loan applications), resolve issues and identify successful solutions leading to high customer satisfaction. Liaise between executives and external vendors to manage activities.
- Successfully supported regional revenue growth of 120% YoY for 2012; YoY sales growth ranked first in Eastern Division, second nationally.
- Consistently achieved collateralized lending results in the top 3 out of 15 national regions.
- Recognized at 2012 National Sales Meeting for providing excellent service in the field.
