Branch Operations Manager
Extensive risk management and cash handling, premier customer service, sales referrals and market analysis, ordering currency and all supplies for the daily operations of the branch in accordance to the budget allotted, auditing control book which consists of the following: money orders/cashier and travelers check, teller audits/security checks, night depository logs, hold statements, key and security controls, branch assessments, and safe deposit logs. Completing daily reports, such as, branch cash reports, returned check report-cash items, teller incentive reports, time management report, and P&L reports. Quarterly reports on night depository and wire transfers.
